September was a pretty quiet month really. The weather improved
quite a lot so it was really a case of watching and weeding to give those crops that were behind due to the cold, wet,
sunless summer, time to catch up.
The Squashes continue to swell and ripen and we have been picking Borlotti beans, Sweetcorn
and other bits and pieces.
I'm especially pleased with the Parsnips which, whilst not ready to crop, are growing
on steadily and looking pretty fantastic. They should be great for Christmas.
